Phillips Road Drainage Improvement Project
Phase Three photos (shown below) reveal that the modifications to the terrain on a stretch of Phillips Rd. has been completed. The tree stumps were removed during this Phase. Drainage trenches were dug and drain pipes along with stone were added to trench. Keep watching here for photos.
Phase Two photos (shown below) reveal that the modifications to the terrain on a stretch of Phillips Rd. has begun. Trees were removed along with shrubs as seen in afternoon and evening photos. Down trees and shrubs were then removed from the roadside on day two. The tree stumps left behind will be removed in Phase Three. Keep watching here for future photos and follow our progress.

Phase One shows (below) how snow and icy patches persistently cover the road. The constant shading of roadside trees and shrubs prevent the sun from assisting in the melting of snow and ice. Photos below show the need to have some modifications made on a stretch of Phillips Road to ensure travelers safety.
